"AN ELEGANT WINE OF COMPLEXITY AND DELICACY" - Compared to the price of other Blanc de Blancs, this wine is incredibly good value.

Light gold hue and a fine, delicate mousse. Aromas of citrus and honeysuckle lead into subtle brioche and vanilla characters. The palate offers generous yet elegant notes of baked lemon and white peach with the warmth of the vintage shining through.

This wine was part of a recent tasting and impressed sufficiently to feature as part of an anniversary celebration of mine!

We have the same meager climate as Champagne and many of our still wines are challenged by the average sunshine hours of a British Summer! But the addition of sugar for the second fermentation changes the goal posts, as it does in France, and the results are genuinely delicious...  This one really stands out from the crowd...
