A modest statement on the label of this delightful property which Peter Lunzer will present at a pre-Christmas extravagant “Vertical Tasting” featuring four vintages of Château Gruaud Larose, Cru Classé, St Julien
Saint Julien is a commune home to five of the 2eme Grand Cru Classé including this one, a popular property which has featured on may a British wine list for centuries... We will be serving their 2016, 2010, 2006 & 2000 during dinner.
On this occasion we will be seeing how a wine develops over a span of 17 years. Each of the vintages selected were considered exceptional at the time of harvest and they continue to mature at a very gentle pace.

- Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets, 2019, Domaine J-N Gagnard
- Main Course with 2 vintages of Château Gruaud Larose 2016 & 2010
- Cheese Course with 2 vintages of Château Gruaud Larose 2006 & 2000
- Château de Fargues, 2011, Sauternes will be served with dessert
