The chances of finding a wines like this are greatly enhanced by my attending a remarkable number of trade tastings.
It came as something of a revelation when this one from Domaine de la Chapelle showed its colours, alongside a Chablis 1er Cru by Moreau Naudet, as well as a Puligny Montrachet from Etienne Sauzet....!
Simply delicious with the right amount of butteryness and a backbone of refreshing acidity (really soft) makes this go down a treat!
