If you consider that Guigal's three LaLa's - La Mouline, La Turque & La Landonne sell for around £400 per bottle then picking up a half bottle made from his grapes on the Cote Brune et Blonde in the same vicinity, at a mere £24 per half, is a genuine bargain!
The 2017 is youthful but is drinking ridiculously well considering and as ever, decanting for an hour or two does bring forward some of the desired equilibrium...
