Champagne Louis Roederer 244 NV (12x37.5cl)
Champagne Louis Roederer, 244, NV (12x37.5cl)
When he inherited the Champagne House in 1833, the entrepreneur Louis Roederer took a visionary approach to enriching the brand, aiming to be in control of every stage of the wine’s creation. In the mid-nineteenth century, Louis Roederer acquired some of Champagne’s grand cru vineyards, an approach that contrasted sharply with contemporary practices.. So, while other Houses bought their grapes, Louis Roederer nurtured his vineyards.
They remain today family owned and seemingly in complete control of their destiny..
When the boat deserves a firm shove, then Roederer regularly springs to mind.
