Nyetimber Rosé is made using the Traditional Method (like Champagne), but gets its pink hue by fermenting some Pinot Noir juice with its red skins (maceration/skin contact) to extract color and flavor, then blending it with white wines (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier), before a second fermentation in the bottle, extensive lees aging (over 3 years), disgorgement, and dosage.
