Some examples of past wine tasting events
in this 350-person event, four wines were paired with different canapés. Each wine was tasted alongside a ‘challenging’ food, followed by a ‘heavenly’ food, demonstrating how the taste buds respond to different combinations. This created an amazing atmosphere as guests shared their thoughts, making a truly memorable experience for all.
during lockdown, we developed a unique tasting experience where four bottles of champagne were sent out to guests, alongside three different world-class smoked salmons by Forman & Field. The virtual tasting then took place on Zoom, presented by Lance Forman and Peter Lunzer.
at the other end of the scale, a luxurious dinner for just six people was served with no expense spared for fine and rare wines. A champagne, one white, two reds and a dessert wine were served alongside four courses of meticulously paired food.
